We talked about many things in today’s episode. We started off talking about learning how to have confidence in yourself enough to run your business with business prices.

We talked about Richard’s experience in marketing himself to various companies and learning how to solve their problems.

As always, the message of learning how to solve other people’s problems came out loud and clear.

We continued talking about how to have confidence in yourself and how to market yourself.

Richard then shared his experience of using the “sniper method” as he calls it to land the exact job he wanted. Richard focused very hard on one company and one position and spent 4 weeks getting that job, including making a 40 page marketing plan and solving many of the company’s problems before he even got the job.

Today was a fun conversation all about being strategic and using your mind to conquer your obstacles rather than just bull-rushing through it.

Richard also mentioned how he runs his business currently to allow himself a lot of time with his children.

It was a fascinating conversation and one that I know you’ll get a lot out of.
